Celebrating my 23rd birthday with two friends I have known since childhood.

 

Hi, my name is Allison Gittings, and I am a social chameleon.

This is where you all say: “Hi, Allison.”

I have always been a person whose interests continually change and evolve. I go through phases of life, just like anyone else, but I really love to experience new things and people. I have traveled a lot and have a huge interest in people and culture. I want to be able to blog about topics that I will continually be interested in, whatever phase I am exploring at the time, so that I can share them enthusiastically. So, instead of narrowing this down to one hobby or interest, I will write about whatever I feel like every week. Why, you might ask? Because I can.

I am currently getting my masters degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Georgetown University. My social media class pushed me to explore the world of blogging, twitter and facebook, so here I am about to dominate social media.

Here, I will share a little bit about my lifestyle and interests. I want this blog to be a sort of diary that I can refer back to in the future. A sort of “autobiography in progress”.  So here goes.
